Request deletion of your aha! account and associated data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the aha! app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type the requested confirmation word and enter your current password.
5. Submit the request. Your account is disabled and you are signed out.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@getaha.app from the email address connected to your aha! account. Use the subject line Account deletion request. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted or deactivated

• Your account is deactivated and can no longer be used to sign in.
• Your active profile is removed from discovery and matching surfaces.
• Your authentication sessions are invalidated.
• Profile photos and optional profile content are removed or made unavailable from public surfaces as part of the deletion workflow and moderation cleanup.

Data retained for a limited period

Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute-resolution, moderation, audit, backup, or security purposes. This can include purchase records, support tickets, reports, moderation actions, abuse-prevention logs, and backup copies.

Partial data deletion

You can request deletion or correction of specific data without deleting your account by emailing support@getaha.app. Include the email address on your account and describe the data you want deleted or corrected.
