aha! is an 18+ dating and social discovery app. By creating an account, you agree to use the service respectfully, lawfully, and safely.
Account responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use aha! only if you are legally allowed to use an adult dating and social discovery service in your location.
Acceptable use
Harassment, impersonation, hate speech, non-consensual sexual content, nudity, fraud, spam, illegal activity, and attempts to bypass safety systems are not allowed.
Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Users can manage cancellation, renewal, and billing in the relevant store account settings.
Moderation
aha! may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate safety rules, these terms, or legal requirements.
